Cancellation fees depend on the service type and notice period:

  1. More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
  2. 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund after deducting service fees.
  3. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

Private & Group Tours

Custom Itineraries: Subject to supplier cancellation policies.
Last-Minute Cancellations: May result in full charges due to pre-arranged bookings.

 

Hotel Reservations

Standard Rates: Refund available based on the hotel's policy.
Non-Refundable Rates: No refund upon cancellation.

 

Modification & Rescheduling Options
